About The Retreat
A chance to have a reset before the busy festive season begins and a chance to nurture yourself. This 5-day retreat will be filled with meditation, journaling, yoga, workshops, massages, facials, a chance to explore Marrakech if you wish or simply enjoy lying by the pool in tranquil surroundings. Villa Dar Moulouya is situated just 20 minutes outside of Marrakech city centre. The Villa itself has 7 beautiful colourful bedrooms, 5 of these are en suite. Boasting a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a large mature garden with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Dar Moulouya's wonderful chef Rabia will be cooking on this retreat and serving up delicious healthy locally sourced produce and food. This particular retreat is open to all levels, my classes always have variations for those wanting to go deeper, or take a slightly lighter class. Morning classes will be a warming Vinyasa Flow or Hatha class and afternoon classes will be Yin or Restorative Yoga. I also will be offering meditations and guided journaling on this retreat. I am a qualified yoga teacher, with 500 hours training in Advanced Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. I specialise in warming and creative Vinyasa flow as well as Yin Yoga. I offer online and in person classes if you want to see how I teach before booking! We would love to have you join this retreat - if you have any questions I am so happy to answer for you. Will I have to do all the yoga classes?
You are here for yourself, you can do whatever you would like whilst on this retreat. There is no pressure to do anything, we want you to listen to what your body wants and needs. So enjoy whatever you wish!
Is it safe the villa?
Yes - it is within a walled garden, there is 24 hour security.
Can I come if I am new to Yoga?
Yes - we welcome all levels on our retreats. You can always come and join a class before with me in London, or follow my yoga subscription to get an understanding of how I teach ahead of the retreat!
Can I come on my own?
Yes, if you are wanting to come on your own, we are more than happy for you to do that.
How many people come on the retreat?
This retreat will be max 14 including Talullah and Violet
I want to fly in at a different time than the suggested?
You can do that, we can organise a transfer for you it will just be an additional cost of 250 dirhams which is roughly £20 per journey.

Violet gave us a wonderful welcome. The place was so beautiful and comfortable. I found the yoga challenging and definitely felt stronger at the end. I very much enjoyed the evening sessions and the meditations.
