About The Retreat
Join Alice and Corrie and their team of chef's and therapists for a long weekend of nourishing yoga. Anchor. Pause with us as we take time away from the norm and anchor ourselves into the changing season. Slow down and nourish yourself – Not only with delicious food but with beautiful movement, meditation, mother nature and great company. We all need time to settle particularly as seasons change and we head towards the end of the year. Join us on what will be the end of our 3rd year returning to this wonderful venue, with a dream team of retreat professionals. We pride ourselves in creating safe, inclusive spaces for you to find peace and tranquillity within the year. This year we’ll be focusing on additional strength training techniques to support the yoga asanas. Having gone through pregnancy in the last year Alice has found a gentle yet consistent strength training programme has aided greatly to her recovery, anchored her and supported this giant leap into motherhood. So she encourages you to pour into yourself. Give yourself time, attention, compassion, nourishment whenever you can and anchor. Lay roots for whatever life brings next.
