About The Retreat
Using the cosy and chic Dell of Abernethy in the Scottish Highlands as our base, you can expect morning yoga classes in the woodland tipi, fitness sessions in the garden, hikes up surrounding hills in the Cairngorms National Park and cold water dips in nearby lochs. There will also be plenty of opportunity to rest and unwind in the beautiful accommodation, book yourself in for a massage or grab a coffee at the little on-site farm shop/coffee stop. Our team for this retreat consists of Katie from Katie White Yoga, who is local to the Cairngorms and a very experienced yoga teacher, our retreat chef Lisa and founder of Beyond Fitness and trainer, Kim. The price per person includes 4 night accommodation, all meals and snacks, bike hire and activities. Double and shared twin rooms available.

Who is this retreat suitable for?
This retreat is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels of fitness and yoga. Some previous yoga experience is required to make the most out of your sessions and to enjoy all of our outdoor activities, we require guests to be comfortable to go out hiking for half a day. There will also be one morning biking along some roads and trails so guests should be comfortable on a bike.
