The tissues are your fascia... an amazingly woven connective tissue that is often widely overlooked when living a pain-free life. Physical and emotional tightness are stored within the deeper tissues of your body and 'The art of unwinding' will help you feel freer and lighter afterwards.
The course will blend a focus on different holistic wellbeing tools and techiques each week to support the body and mind including gentle yoga practices, Mind-Body-Stress reduction techniques, guided relaxation, self massage, aromatherapy and fostering community.
