You can expect wild swims, hikes, cold water therapy and saunas, yoga, sound baths, ecstatic dance, amazing healthy food and nature based wellness practices based on modern day science and ancient wisdom. Turn down the noise, tune in and recalibrate. Realign to what is important to you and with your higher purpose.
