Fit for Living’s retreats offer a rare combination of health enriching experiences and adventure for mind, body and spirit. Fitness, yoga, nature, coaching, counselling and a mindful community. Journey with us to discover the therapeutic benefits of nature and reconnect to your whole natural self through integrative practises for mind, body and spirit. You can expect wild swims, hikes, cold water therapy and saunas, yoga, sound baths, ecstatic dance, amazing healthy food and nature based wellness practices based on modern day science and ancient wisdom. Turn down the noise, tune in and recalibrate. Realign to what is important to you and with your higher purpose. Challenge and tao into an inspire yourself with adventure and find a way through obstacles, tap into an inspired place and feel filled with enthusiasm about your next chapter.

Welcome gathering, grounding and intention setting & unwind with a yoga and breathwork class with Clare Walters

What’s Included

  • 2 nights accommodation in a luxury yurt fully insulated and with a wood-burning stove

  • Wood fired sauna and hot tubs

  • All meals from Friday (first meal dinner) to Sunday (last meal lunch)

  • All activities and workshops 2 post retreat personal coaching sessions with Liz

  • Option to book massage at additional cost of £75

Not Included

  • Option to add a 60 minute massage - £75

  • Option to all an extra nights stay on Sunday - £150pp

  • You need to make your own way to the venue
