About The Retreat
Expect a full week of classes ranging from a workout each day, HIIT classes, strength and conditioning as well as sessions including yoga, mobility and restorative to aid your recovery. Enjoy a full week in Sri Lanka to improve your fitness, attend daily workouts and enjoy incredible food and scenery. Callum Nicholls leads this 8 day spectacular fitness holiday. An experienced group instructor, Callum will adapt sessions to suit all fitness levels and welcome anyone who is up for having fun and up for a challenge. Together with organiser Will Wheeler you can enjoy some much needed recovery, mobility and relaxation with 3 great classes led by Will. Your home venue provides quiet tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll stay in your own private villa with each villa sleeping 1–2 guests. With a large pool and plenty of quiet spaces, this is the perfect place to relax and recover. This retreat is perfect for those who want to enjoy a break in paradise. Expect to be surrounded by luxury, from the five star service at the retreat centre through to being guided on a beautiful rainforest hike and waterfall immersion.

Is this retreat for me? How fit do you need to be to take part?
This retreat is open to everyone who's up for giving it a go. Though not entirely suitable for absolute beginners, modifications will be offered to suit all levels. It is desirable if you're someone who keeps fit and attends classes be it yoga, fitness or HIIT back home.
Is it ok to come alone?
Yes! We love solo travellers. The retreats are designed in a way for you to join a supportive and friendly team of people who are up for a fun week away in Sri Lanka. The main thing is that you're willing to take part in classes/activities and be part of a group. We always find people come away from a retreat with a group of new friends and connections that last way beyond the retreat itself. If you're sharing a room we'll buddy you up with someone to share with from the group.

The yoga retreat Will organised was the best I’ve ever attended. He created a warm and inclusive atmosphere; the perfect environment for a retreat. Everything was taken care of from start to finish from booking massages to excursions to the town. The food was delicious; we were served a vegetarian feast three times a day, plus cake and fruit in between. I came away feeling great.
