Enjoy a functional workout to get the body moving after a long journey. Finish with a sunset yoga class before coming together for your first Indonesian dining experience.
2Day 2

Start the day with a sweat during a HIIT class followed by yoga to scenic Balinese views.

Come midday, it’s time to explore Ubud before an evening of relaxing yoga and delicious local cuisine

Wake up and get ready for a sweaty workout followed by some sun salutations. Recharge with a wholesome breakfast before exploring the monkey forest.

Explore the Monkey Forest temple and the rice fields. Join us for an afternoon cooking lesson so you can take some of Bali home with you.

Rise and shine for a morning HIIT followed by a yoga session. Refuel with a delicious breakfast.

Explore Ubud at your own pace: free time to explore your very own paradise. Chill by the pool or visit the coffee plantations and rice field pads.

Find us back on the mats for a strength workout followed by a calming yoga session. Enjoy your last evening together sharing stories around good food and good people.

I had such a great time at Helios Retreats! I felt very taken care of and the group of people and trainers was great. I loved all activities, varieties of workouts and food and can't recommend joining more if you’re looking for a great time, great food, great vibes, great people and great workouts!
