About The Retreat
You will be staying at a five star luxury estate, architecturally designed with nine luxurious king bedrooms, all thoughtfully refurbished with their own en-suite bathrooms. The estate is located in Catalunya, Northern Spain, just outside of Girona, 90 Minutes from Barcelona. The area is known for its vibrancy, creativity, art, history, and picturesque countryside. The retreat venue itself is a unique wellness retreat, full of history that has been thoughtfully reimagined with modern design and architectural renovation to create an environment of beautiful understated luxury. A place for inner reflection, connection and re-balancing. There is a 16-metre salt-based pool with outdoor lounges, a sauna, and a Japanese Ofuro hot tub to enjoy between yoga classes. And you might even indulge yourself in an onsite spa treatment with the local experts. The yoga studio embraces heritage and neutral colours. The perfect space to dive deep into the practice. With hardwood floors and a modern feel, you will be immersed not just in the practice of yoga but also the natural surroundings. You will feel at ease in this natural setting, perfectly curated for you to feel at one with the surroundings and yourself. Mornings will begin with breathwork into a vinyasa practice or yoga workshop and evenings we will wind down with yin or restorative yoga. The organic kitchen garden is amongst 40 acres of walnut trees & provides the key ingredients for our farm-to-table approach that centres around homegrown organic food. All the ingredients will be fresh, natural and local products, free of gluten, refined sugars and lactose. While the dishes will be primarily plant-based, eggs (from hens onsite!) and cheese will be also be on the menu. We can cater for all dietaries, just let us know when booking. This retreat will be a cultural immersion in everything the area has to offer. Included in the retreat is a day trip to the beaches of Costa Brava. This untamed and unspoilt coastline is famous for its turquoise blue waters and romantic beaches. For exploring on your own, within just 20 minutes you can be in the historic town of Girona, famous for its medieval walls & winding cobblestone streets. The magical location offers seclusion and wanderlust, providing a true sanctuary in which to escape the pressures of busy life and explore the sights and sounds of this beautiful country.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this retreat for?
Our retreats are available to anyone who is wanting to take a week off from their busy life and experience a week of yoga, nourishing food and connect with like minded people in the most dreamy places. Whether you’re a regular practitioner or new to yoga, you’re all welcome and will be fully supported. We will be moving our bodies a lot on retreat so please let us know in your booking form if you have any injuries, health conditions or recent surgeries so we can cater for you.
Do I need to have a regular yoga practice to attend?
All of our retreats are availale to the beginner yogi to the advanced and the non-yogi partner or friend that is brand new to yoga. We are all about inclusivity and inspiring people to live their lives to the fullest in a healthy way.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! A yoga retreat is a great place to make new friends and meet like minded people. You are welcome to book a single room or we can pair you up with other solo travellers for a shared room if available. If for some reason there is no one to pair you with for a shared room, you would need to pay for a single room.
How many people will be on the retreat?
This is an intimate retreat with only 12 spaces available, with 2 teachers for the perfect student to teacher ratio. We love to create an intimate environment to create community while still giving you the freedom to be able to do your own thing when you like.
What food can I expect on retreat?
Only the best! We love food and it is such an important part of the retreat experience. We work with our venues to curate a beautiful menu of fresh and local cuisines. Typically meals are communal and a time to connect and share. If you have any dietary or medical considerations, please let us know in your booking form.
Are flight and airport transfers included?
Flights and transfers are not included in the retreat. We would love to make your journey smooth and stress-free so if you need help with flight suggestions and transfers let us know!
How do I get to the retreat venue?
We suggest flying into Barcelona (90 minutes from the venue) or Girona (20 minutes from the venue). We can help you organise transfers or taxis just let us know upon booking.
What should I bring?
We will provide you with a suggested packing list for each retreat. We always recommend a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, walking shoes, journal, reusable water bottle and of course, comfortable athletic wear for duration of your retreat. We will let you know if you need to bring a yoga mat and props or if they will be provided by the venue.

This was my first yoga retreat. I don’t practice yoga on a regular basis and I was shocked at how i adapted to the direction which was pivitol for a non-yoga person to not only enjoy it but to realize that I need this in my life. I felt amazing after the sessions and want to spend more time with these amazing ladies. They are so loving and caring and patient. I WILL BE BACK. I am thinking Tuscany!

Amy and Janet are excellent hosts - they took care of us all so well. The retreat was well organised with a great balance of energising yoga in the morning and relaxing yin in the evening. The venue was mind-blowing. Such a relaxing, beautiful place. The food was all home cooked, fresh, healthy and delicious. It was a fantastic holiday. Thank you Amy and Janet!
