7 days of heart warming yoga practice, revitalising pilates classes and soul reviving wellbeing workshops in the tropical paradise of Sri Lanka 🌴 Your retreat is led by Nicola. Nicola's teaching are heavily influenced by the origins of yoga, with most of her trainings embodied in India. She carefully intertwines the creative evolution of practice with thoughtfully paired music to help you drop into soulful connection within, so you will experience both depth and inspiration and in your classes. You are in well equipped hands no matter what your experience on the mat as Nicola is also also a yoga teacher trainer. Whilst enjoying a luxurious stay in your villa, you are moments away from beaches, boutique cafes, and local culture. Enjoying luxuries and simplicities. During your stay you will be provided with on demand exceptional customer service. Whether you want help with where to get the best coffee in your free time, how to get in a tuk tuk to get around, organise transport or an excursion, or anything else you want to do on the island, you will be assisted by our team.
