About The Retreat
This three night retreat will be Jessica's 30th retreat at this venue and we hope you can join her to celebrate! Over the course of the retreat you will enjoy wholesome nourishing food, daily yoga & pilates, relaxing guided meditation, expert skincare advice, treatments and massages. The venue is one we have used 10+ times now, it never lets us down - beautiful grounds, a stunning studio and gorgeous rooms. Jessica (your retreat host) has experience hosting health and wellness retreats worldwide. Working as an Osteopath and teacher / trainer in many of the world-leading Health & Wellbeing establishments Jessica brings together passion and a lot of learnings to create these transformative Retreats.
Itinerary
1Day 1
4:00PM - 8:00PM
We will welcome you to the property at 5pm on the 2nd - showing you around and guiding you to your room, giving you time to settle in. Our first yoga practice with guided meditation will take place in the studio this evening, followed by a nourishing welcome dinner where you will meet the team and the other ladies on our retreat.
2Day 2
7:00AM - 7:00PM
Day 2 and 3 will run on a similar schedule. Our kitchen is always open before class for those of you who need a tea, coffee or fresh juice to get yourself up and running in the morning. Our first practice of the day will be a energising pilates class - here we hope to provide you with the exercises you need to feel tall, lean, strong and toned. After class our chef will share a delicious wholesome brunch. Free time throughout the day is for you to book and enjoy treatments, hike or cosy up by the fire with a good book. Our later afternoon / evening practice is a more gentle vinyasa yoga class that will help you ease tension that builds up in our bodies during times of stress, we will come this class with a deeply relaxing meditation. A relaxed and healthy dinner will be served to close out the day together.
3Day 3
7:00AM - 7:00PM

4Day 4
7:00AM - 9:30AM
Our final retreat morning. We will bring together everything we have learnt in our previous classes for this final practice. Followed by a farewell brunch ahead of departures.

Can I join as a beginner?
You don’t have to be an pro to book this retreat, in fact if you are relatively new to both practices it is a great place to start - the weekend gives you chance to dip your toes in the water, and as we aren’t short for time together I can help you in areas where you are struggling.
Will it be Yoga and Pilates?
Classes over the course of the retreat will be a mix of Yoga and Pilates - I find these two practices together extremely complimentary and beneficial in reducing stress, improving mobility and building strength.
