About The Retreat
Join us this June in Bali for 7 days of mindful yoga, incredible nature, inspiring excursions and delicious food 🙏 Venue & Accommodation: Laidback luxury. This modern Balinese style resort stands between the jungle, the mountains and the sea. With picturesque pool views and surrounded by luscious greenery, the villas are inspired and connected with nature. Set in the North West of Bali, Sumberkima Hill honours community and tradition, and integrates this with modern design to bring you a unique traditional luxury. Each villa captures the best of the view so you can truly immerse in paradise. Food & Drink: You’ll receive breakfast and dinner every day, made with the finest local produce and ingredients. All will be traditional, nutritious, plant-based family style meals prepared by an in-house chef. We are able to cater to dietary requirements. Please just let us know when you book. Your host: Sofia is a certified yoga, nidra & iRest teacher. She is deeply passionate about deconstructing toxic productivity mindset, exploring our need to be ‘doing’ something always and normalising rest and self/ community care as every day needs. Additional activities: With an on site spa you can find an arrange of treatments on sight (add on) Included with your retreat is special guided temple tour, sunrise hike, yoga workshop and an incredible opportunity to explore Metamorfosa, a local environmental NGO linked to our retreat venue for baby coral planting and a snorkelling tour of the coral regeneration project.
Itinerary
1Day 1
4:00PM - 7:00PM
Arrive at Denpasar Airport and hop in your group transfer to Sumberkima Hill- our home for the next 7 days! After that long flight we'll. take it slow with some fun intro games, intentions and yoga nidra to help give you a much needed energy boost. Delicious welcome dinner with your fellow retreaters before most likely an early night ready to practice together the next morning.
2Day 2
7:00AM - 7:00PM
Start the day with a yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Tasty breakfast followed by some free time Walk in Workshop- time to practice 1-2-1 on whatever you're working towards with Sofia Evening yoga asana, pranayama and yoga nidra practice followed by a delicious dinner
3Day 3
7:00AM - 7:00PM
Start the day with a yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Tasty breakfast before we head out on our guided temple tour Come back to the hotel for a yoga nidra practice Delicious family style dinner at the restaurant

Start the day with a yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Delicious breakfast followed by free time or check out one of the activities offered: kayak, SUP, hike or treat yourself to a spa treatment at the on site spa (add on) Evening yoga asana, pranayama and yoga nidra practice followed by a delicious dinner
5Day 5
7:00AM - 7:00PM
Start the day with a yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Delicious breakfast Head to Metamorfosa the NGO linked to our venue that works on regenerating the coral in the local area. We'll head out on a snorkleing tour and plant a baby coral too. Evening yoga asana, pranayama and yoga nidra practice followed by a delicious dinner
6Day 6
5:00AM - 7:00PM
We'll start our last full day with a Sunrise hike to catch a glimpse of some of the best views over Sumberkima Hill. Delicious breakfast followed by free time to check our one of the activities on offer, a spa treatment, or to relax. Evening yoga asana, pranayama and yoga nidra practice followed by our final night private delicious dinner
7Day 7
7:00AM - 11:00AM
Our last day. Time to explore one last time followed by a delicious breakfast before we say goodbye, until next time. Transfers to the airport.

I haven't done much yoga before, can I still come?
Yes. Definitely. There will be plenty of options throughout the practices and Sofia will guide you through the poses that work for you
Can I come by myself?
Yes. Many people join alone and leave with wonderful friends from the retreat.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
The venue has everything we need. Just bring yourself.
