5 glorious days of life-coaching, PT, beach yoga, hiking, wild swimming, breath-work and nutrition workshops to elevate every aspect of your wellbeing. This is THE luxury retreat for busy people who want to re-invest in their health and wellbeing. Whether you want to slow down, re-set or re-energise, we have a beautifully curated programme of movement, nutrition and mindfulness workshops to suit every taste. Our world-leading experts include the Head of Movement for Chelsea FC women's team and the Head of Yoga at BLOK studios, as well as renowned NLP life-coaches, functional dieticians and mindfulness practitioners who deliver a blend of group and one-on-one sessions from our boutique finca near the beautiful village of San Carlos in Ibiza's beautiful northern region. Do I have to be very fit to join the retreat?

No, our retreats are suitable for any fitness-level. If you have any special requirements or injuries, please let us know before arrival

Do you cater to different dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater to most dietary requirements. Please let us know your preferences before you join us

Are the rooms shared?

Our rooms are set up as en-suite twins for same-sex sharing. If you book a single place you will be paired with someone in your twin. Please contact us if you would prefer to come as a couple and have your room set up as a double, if you'd like to share with a specific friend or if you'd like to know about single occupancy rates

What do I need to bring?

You'll be sent a full suggested packing list before the retreat starts.

What will the weather be like?

While we can't guarantee the weather, Ibiza in October is usually beautiful, with temperatures remaining well over 20 degrees celcius and plenty of sun (don't forget your sunblock!)
