About The Retreat
Welcome to the Ultimate Wild Times. Five days of nature, yoga, walking, saunas, rest, reading, digital detox, nature workshops and the ocean. We have exclusive use of Fforest's beautiful, quiet coastal site, which is a short walk to beautiful Penbryn beach, the sea and a stunning coastline. As we move into Autumn, October is the perfect time to reflect on the year as well as dream and plant seeds for the next, before the necessary darkness and deep rest of Winter. Give yourself five days of headspace by the sea, out of usual patterns and habits, to reflect, rest and create. Manorafon is a converted dairy farm, with some of the rustic buildings still in place. There is a dining barn, cedar barrel sauna, a covered fire pit area and a large yoga barn with a log burner. Accommodation consists of a beautifully restored Georgian farmhouse, Ty Manorafon, which sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and five light, warm and comfortable log cabins. The cabins are grouped together in their own cluster with mature landscaping and terraces. There are two 3 bedroom cabins (for up to 6 guests) and three 2 bedroom cabins (for up to 4 guests) with a mix of twin and double bedrooms.

This is an absolute must. If you are up for meeting like minded wonderful and interesting people and doing fun, new and exciting things The Wild Times Yoga retreat is it. A perfect mix of relaxing yoga, meditation, wellbeing and having a laugh, doing exciting new things. It was our first (my hubby and I) but will definitely not be our last.

I have to say that one thing I really appreciated was the chance to reset and ground in nature, and also to connect with other people as well. That's something I often find to be a challenge when living in a busy city like London. Overall, I feel like the retreat was the fresh breath of air that I really needed. Thank you Jen for making it so special!
