About The Retreat
This 7 day retreat at Vericoco is set amongst olive groves, just a 15 min drive from the Islands airport and 10 min walk from the beautiful, turqoise, Ionian sea. There are various accommodation options to suit individual your budget and preference. There are two fabulous swimming pools, one within the grounds of each of the villas, and plenty of space to lounge, read, laugh, discuss and forge new friendships - thats what yogastarr retreats are all about. With two yoga teachers to lead you through your morning and evening practice you can start your yoga days with sun salutations, intelligent sequencing, strength building and inspirational themes – energising, dynamic and explorative. We offer a deeper exploration of asana along with chance for discussion around the underpinning philosophy of yoga and how it spills off the mat into our daily lives. In the evening you can nourish the body gently with a calming and nourishing practice including yin yoga, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Both morning and evening sessions take place in the outdoor, fully covered and fully equipped yoga shala nestled under the pine trees.
