About The Retreat
Join us for a long weekend of relaxing and re-charging your soul by the ocean. On this very laid-back retreat, you will be focusing on your connection to the ocean, re-setting your nervous system, flowing through meditations and Vinyasa’s, strolling through the coastal walks of a place of outstanding natural beauty, eating chef-prepared nourishing meals, and sleeping to the sound of waves outside your window. Not to mention meeting and sharing time with beautiful like-minded souls. As mentioned, the retreats have a very laid-back atmosphere so you are welcome to join in with activities or if you would rather have some time to yourself, this weekend is all about you leaving feeling rejuvenated. Highlight activities on this retreat include a Sound Bath Therapy session with Signature Sound Therapy to take you on a sensory journey to help you completely relax and recharge any energy blockages, a creative workshop like painting, drawing or writing to help you fully re-connect with the nature around you and take home a lovely memory of your weekend, journalling exercises to help you set intentions and get the most out of this special time for yourself! For these activities, you will be focusing on grounding and discovering our senses. In this yoga practice, you will be focusing on reconnecting with your true self and creating space for emotional healing with Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and guided meditations. You will also have the opportunity to join on coastal walks, and free use of paddle boards, and kayaks to explore the local scenery on land or water! This retreat is for people looking to reconnect with the energy of the ocean, dive deep into their awareness of self, and escape the daily rush to re-charge in the beauty of the natural world around us . The schedule for the weekend will be very laidback with lots of options for you to either relax completely and maybe snuggle into your book or journal, or maybe explore the surrounding area on a paddleboard or kayak. The workshops for creativity, and sound bath experience will be in the afternoon and evenings allowing you to get really cosy in the evenings. This retreat will provide a space for you to enjoy guided yoga and meditation practice, some guided walks through nature, and also some time to relax, reflect, or enjoy exploring the surrounding area on water or land.

The retreat venue is one of the most beautiful coastal locations I've seen. We had a lovely mix of yoga, meditation, journaling, swimming, hiking as well as candle making and a healing sound bath. There was just the right amount of structure and the freedom to do your own thing as well. The whole weekend was extremely well run and the yoga sessions were amazing....

I loved this retreat. It was perfect for someone who wants to recharge & learn more about yoga & reconnect. The location is dreamy, the best combination of rest, yoga, fun, laugher, swimming, walking, exploring, chatting. I also loved that I could participate in everything or just some things, nothing was rigid.

Violet’s excellent varied yoga sessions, giving me the confidence to expand my practice in a safe and accepting environment. Fabulous teacher. Location was stunning! it felt like home and did not want to leave. Our host Hannah was warm , welcoming and down to earth. Recommend for anyone wishing to have a chilled unpretentious accepting experience.
