About The Retreat
Join our transformational retreat experience this May for a 5 day blend of Yoga, Ayurveda & Metaphysics. Surrounded by the untamed beauty of Portugal. Live in your divine nature, calm, peaceful, expansive and clear. ‘Roam’ is all about exploring within, about introducing techniques and methods that allow us to build more Self-Awareness, because out of Self-Awareness comes the chance to choose differently, to create a new reality. It allows us to find ways to bring about a sense of Ease in life, throughout the ups and downs. Our daily yoga classes cover Vinyasa and Yin alongside conscious breathing, mindfulness and meditation. Classes are taught with the intention of assisting you in establishing a daily routine of health and wellness, to deepen your understanding of Yoga philosophy, both on and off the mat. Our Self Enquiry classes include discussions around Metaphysical Philosophy and Ayurveda. Like Yoga, these two wisdoms can help bring about a deeper understanding of phrases such as “you are not your thoughts”. Through an understanding of these principles, we will share simple, but mighty, tools and techniques to help support you long after the retreat has ended. We want to enable you to head home with more Space and Ease in your heart, in your body, and in your thinking. With an ability to find a place of calm, time and again, amid the changing surroundings and experiences of daily living. It promises to be invigorating, informative, life-enhancing, and magical. The Venue is a unique destination; not a hotel but an off-the-grid wilderness lodge. Come behold nature, surrounded by the mysteries of this enchanted land. During your stay, you will experience alchemy that transforms everyday moments into rituals-be it breathing, bathing, eating, exercising or sleeping. At our venue experience an exclusive natural environment free from urban pollution- light, noise, air or water. Excessive consumption is discouraged—both of our own and the earth's resources—thus, learn to live more with less. What food will be available?
The food provided is organic, locally sourced and vegetarian. We have a professional chef to look after the group and delivery high standards of delicious meals inspired by local surroundings and season. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions at the time of booking (gluten free, etc)
Can I come by myself?
Absolutely! Most people who join our retreats come as solo travellers! It's a great way to meet people and make new likeminded friends.
Do I need to bring a Yoga Mat?
No. We have mats, blocks, blankets, eye masks, all that you could need to support your yoga practise.
Do I have to be good at Yoga to join?
This is an open level retreat. This means that we accommodate all levels by offering flows that everyone can follow, with different variations for beginner to intermediate. We allow you the time and space to explore your personal practise, so you can return home with a deeper understanding of how to take your practise “off the mat”. So don’t worry if you can’t place your leg behind your head (yet) Our retreats cover Ayurvedic teachings, Metaphysics, Meditation, Breathwork & Good Food and much more … with a dash of Yoga sprinkled in,

Just what I needed and so much more. Escaping on a retreat was again beyond all expectations. I can honestly say that this surpassed expectations! Lou&Hayley have equipped me with tools to help navigate life, and have given me a different mindset completely. From the personalised manta and affirmation, and weekly schedule left on my bed on Day 1 to the information pack given at the end for us to take away was fantastic, this really has been transformational! The retreat in Ibiza exceeded our expectations, both mind and body. The Metaphysic's & Ayurvedic workshops were both extremely focused & informative, we came away with some really useful tips and techniques that will help us at home make better choices around our well-being.
