Can I come by myself?
Yes. Lots of people come on retreats alone. It's the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and reset as well as meeting likeminded people. Many of our guests make lifelong friends on our retreats.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat/props?
No - everything is provided.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes - please let us know when booking.
What is the food like?
Delicious! Whole-foods, home-cooked and plant-based.
Can I go on my phone?
This retreat is yours to enjoy and get the most out of. You may want to take photos or turn off your phone completely - it's your choice, but we encourage no phones in our practice space.
Will I have time to explore?
Yes! We have some days with free time and an evening activity and some days with a day activity and free evening.
Can you help me arrange my transfer?
Yes, and we can group you together with others on the retreat to save money.
