Hikes, jogs and swimming will be on offer to connect with the tranquility of our surroundings. • Nourishing Nutrition: Indulge in locally sourced, organic and expertly prepared meals, savouring a wholesome menu that support your overall well-being. Our on-site chef, Xavier, has crafted a menu that is nourishing for the body as well as being delicious to enjoy. • Personal Reflection Time: Embrace of your retreat community and savour precious moments of solitude and reflection immersed in nature, amidst the wild birds, mountains and tress. This retreat offers ample time for self-discovery, allowing you to reconnect with your innermost thoughts and desires.

6:30AM - 7:30AM

Breakfast Created by our on-site chef, all produce is locally sourced and expertly prepared and delicious! Any dietary requirements can be catered for, please let us know upon booking.

8:00AM - 9:00AM

Practical We will start each day by exploring different movement modalities. From mat-based pilates to varying dynamics of yoga and somatic based practices. You will be offered daily group classes as well as an option to book additional one-to-one sessions with your practitioners, if desired. With over 20 years (combined) in the health and wellness world your practitioners come with a wealth of knowledge that they cannot wait to share with you.

10:00AM - 11:00AM

Workshop Inspiring and thought-provoking workshops will be held, to help guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself. Providing you with education and knowledge you can use not only whilst on your retreat but also when you return home.

12:00PM - 1:00PM

Lunch Our menu is thoughtfully curated to offer a balance of flavors, textures, and nutrients, drawing inspiration from local and seasonal ingredients.

1:00PM - 4:00PM

Treatments / Free Time During the afternoons, each guest is welcomed to a 55 minute treatment from our expert resident therapist. We have made sure to keep a little time aside to relax pool-side, immerse yourself in nature, read a good book and savour moments of solitude and reflection in the beautiful surroundings.

4:30PM - 6:00PM

Ceremony & Somatic Healing In the evenings you will be invited to sit in sacred ceremony to delve into ancient medical journeys with cacao, therapeutic breathwork and sound healing. These immersive experiences will bring us into a clearer understanding of what ‘wholeness’ is to us, providing a pathway back there.

6:30PM - 7:30PM

Dinner This communal gathering offers a sanctuary for everyone to unwind from the day, to connect and share their experiences with others.

8:00PM - 11:00PM

Free Time We suggest taking time to relax, rest & integrate. To journal, read or wonder to one of the neighbouring towns.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we would always recommend you have travel insurance for any trip overseas. You do not need specific ‘retreat’ insurance.

Can I travel alone?

We extend a warm invitation to all women at our wellness retreat, whether you're a group of friends, or a solo traveler. As a solo traveller or a group, our retreat provides a safe space to come together and connect with like-minded women. Discover shared experiences and forge meaningful connections with individuals who share a passion for self-discovery and wellness.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Our on-site chef is dedicated to crafting three daily meals, and we are fully equipped to accommodate dietary needs. Upon confirming your reservation for the retreat, we'll double check dietary requirements to inform the venue. This way, we can make thoughtful preparations to cater to your specific needs.

What is the alcohol policy?

While we don't enforce a stringent prohibition on drinking, our commitment to a shared wellness journey leads us to the belief that alcohol may not enhance your overall experience. While alcohol won't be provided at meals, instead we offer a variety of non-alcoholic alternatives for your enjoyment. We encourage you to embrace the natural euphoria that comes from engaging in the holistic practices and experiences available at the retreat.

If I have an injury can I still attend?

We extend a warm welcome to everyone at our retreat. If you have a particular injury, we strive to customise the experience to accommodate your requirements. Much of our practice emphasises the exploration of your own body, providing you the time to discover what this is. Feel free to join in as much or as little as you prefer.

What’s the weather like?

Our retreats in June average between 17 - 24 degrees. In September between 20 - 28 degrees.

What is the best airport to fly into?

The venue can be reached via multiple airports. The closest airport is Perpignan, however it is smaller with less flights. Other airports include Barcelona, Toulouse and Carcassonne but please note these airports are 2.5 hour drive away from the venue.

Are flights and transfers included?

Flights and transfers are not included. Transfers can be arranged for you, with an additional fee.

When should I arrive?

Tuesday marks your arrival at Domaine Madrona. Take the opportunity to savor the picturesque surroundings as you journey to your residence for the upcoming five days. While check-in officially commences at 3 pm, you are free to arrive at the venue starting from 12 noon. Use this time to immerse yourself in the ambiance before settling into your accommodation. Your departure is scheduled for Sunday, and the standard check-out time is 11 am. If you find yourself in need of a later check-out, arrangements can be made. Kindly reach out to us after securing your reservation to discuss this option.

How can I book an additional treatments or one-to-one sessions?

After securing your spot on the retreat, please email us to coordinate any extra add-ons. You have the option to schedule additional treatments and one- to-one sessions with practitioners. We strongly advise booking extra treatments in advance to guarantee availability and prevent any potential disappointment.
