About The Retreat
For the fifth year, this retreat is back by popular demand! Barton-on-Sea is the perfect short fitness retreat for everyone. Join us and enjoy an action-packed few days. If you love being active outdoors, then this trip will not disappoint. This fitness retreat has it all, from yoga to HIIT training and boot camps. Your training will be varied, allowing you to get involved in a bit of everything. While there will be plenty of sweat, there's still time for some chill-out, relaxation and, of course, plenty of fun! Your fantastic Group Fitness Leader will be on hand at any time, and of course, you'll be sure to meet some new friends to sweat and share the experience with. This trip is also ideal for solo travellers, and we hope you're excited to meet some new friends.

Do people come alone?
Over half of our guests are solo travellers. Joining a fitness retreat is a safe bet for solo travellers because you're guaranteed to meet people with similar interests.
Do I need to be super fit to take part?
Not at all! Everybody's fitness levels are different. If you want to train hard, sure, we can help you with that. If you want to take it easier, you can do that too. Remember, all of our activities are optional. This is your holiday. Take it at your own pace and enjoy yourself!
What's the food like?
Delicious! We have bespoke menus in each of our destinations. They are created just for us and feature a fine pick of local cuisine.

I attended this fitness retreat to the South Coast and had an amazing time, the coaches both Chris and Kerry were lovely and made the whole experience feel really inclusive. The workouts were challenging and they offered lots of options to suits different levels. I would definitely book again!
