About The Retreat
Come on a wonderful wellness retreat on the Isle of Skye. With beautiful views from your bedroom you don't need to go very far to be lost in awe ✨ Sometimes we forget that we have such vast landscapes in our own country and that we don't have to go abroad to find the wilderness. Nestled away at the top of our own land we find the most expansive and vast wild spaces. It was in Scotland that I fell in love with the mountains and being out in the wilderness alone. It can really make you feel small and insignificant and put your troubles in perspective. Join Laura your host on an amazing adventure to discover the 'wyld' child. Touching the parts of your soul that you have forgotten about for too long. Reawakening the parts that have been sleeping and rekindling the embers that are longing to burn bright once more. With yoga, walking, laughing eating and sleeping we will touch on what it means to treat self care as not only a luxury but a necessity.
