About The Retreat
Are you in need of rest, relaxation and time to focus on you? Join your retreat host Ali for a long weekend of yoga combined with a book club and wild swimming. Accommodation is in superb barn conversions surrounded by beautiful hills and valleys. A spring-fed pond for wild swimming, gym and Finnish sauna provide relaxation between sessions. Participants are invited to read a specific book beforehand to provide a shared spiritual, literary and self-help element. On this retreat, you'll connect as a group of like minded people to support and nurture your mind, body and soul. Escape and retreat to the Rural Welsh hills, far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Spend time reconnecting to your true self.
